LionSync LLC · Software for construction and the trades
Practical software for the field, the office, and the work between.
LionSync develops software for the people who build, install, maintain, coordinate, and manage real work. Our products help organize project records and crew time, turn piping drawings into usable planning information, and make everyday fraction calculations easier to enter and review.
Each tool has a clear purpose. Together, they reflect our commitment to building useful software around the way people work.
TradeLog Site · Field teams and office review
Keep the hours and the job record together.
TradeLog Site organizes work around the project. Crews record time against the correct client and job, while photos, notes, files, and daily reports build the supporting record. Authorized managers and office staff can review the work, investigate exceptions, and prepare timesheets for payroll.
Available now on the web · 14-day free trial
Give field teams a clear way to record their day.
Choose the work being performed
Record Field, Shop, Drive, General day work, or Holiday time. Client and project identification keeps job-related hours attached to the right work.
Record breaks and missed time
Unpaid breaks are entered at clock-out. Manual entries cover time that wasn't clocked, with permissions governing entries made for other people.
Handle long and overnight shifts
Company time-zone rules keep records consistent. Overnight shifts belong to the day they started, and reminders help workers notice clocks left running.
Review forgotten clocks
A company-set limit closes an overdue clock at zero hours and flags it for review until the worker supplies the real ending time — protection against assumed hours.
Make time review consistent with the way the company pays.
Trade work can involve daily and weekly overtime, double time, weekend rates, travel, shop work, and per diem. TradeLog applies the configured rules to recorded time so workers and authorized reviewers work from the same breakdown.
Overtime and multipliers
Daily and weekly overtime, double time, and weekend multipliers, within the company's workweek settings.
Shop and Drive treatment
Shop and Drive settings govern how that time is handled.
Effective-dated rules
Rule changes take effect from a date, so past calculations stay as they were.
Per diem and period totals
Employee or project per diem is paid once for the day at the qualifying amount. Period views show regular, overtime, double time, drive, and per-diem totals.
Move from recorded activity to an accountable review.
Fixed shared timesheets
Employees share a period's timesheet upward within TradeLog. The recipient is notified, and the submitted copy stays fixed.
Project evidence
Photos, notes, files, reports, punch lists, change orders, and events stay connected to the job.
Role-appropriate visibility
Owners, Admins, HR, PMs, Foremen, Employees, and outside collaborators each see what their role needs. PMs review their managed crews; invited collaborators see their relevant projects.
Management views
The HR Dashboard, Today card, and employee time cards help authorized staff review trends, current activity, and individual records.
AI-assisted crew summary
Fixed rules flag items such as overlaps and long shifts, and AI explains those flags in plain language for the reviewer.
Payroll-ready handoff
Review calculated time and export payroll-ready files with relevant notes and reports. Messaging between team members is included on Enterprise plans.
Field employees and foremen
Record hours and preserve the day's project documentation.
Project managers
Review assigned crews, project activity, and exceptions.
Owners, HR, and office staff
Oversee workforce records and prepare a consistent payroll handoff.

LionSync-ISO · Field planning, fabrication, and estimating
Draw the run. Build the information behind it.
LionSync-ISO helps tradespeople create dimensioned piping and conduit isometrics on iPad and iPhone. Each run carries information about its system, material, size, service, and joining method, allowing the drawing to support component counts, cut lengths, and estimating.
Coming soon to the App Store · planned $24.99 one-time Pro
Capture the arrangement while you're at the job.
Trade workflows
HVAC/R, boiler and steam, plumbing, and electrical conduit.
System and class selections
Selections guide the available materials, services, schedules, and joining methods.
Snapping and exact lengths
Snap runs to the isometric grid and type exact lengths, shown in feet-and-inches, decimal, or metric.
Generated and editable components
Fittings are generated from the drawn geometry; sizes, branches, and connected components stay editable.
Review what the drawing requires.
Components and field context
Automatic elbows, tees, reducers, couplings, and caps work alongside valve symbols, dimensions, notes, flow arrows, and structural references. Pro adds the equipment library.
Takeoffs and cut lengths — Pro
Review pipe footage by size and service, fitting and valve counts, equipment, sleeves, and run cut lengths with fitting take-outs.
Estimating — Pro
Apply editable material prices, joining-method labor rates, labor cost, and markup to develop an estimate. Saved prices and rates carry into the next job.
Present the work with its project information.
Choose a sheet size, fill in the title block, place the drawing, and export a PDF with Pro.
Fitters
Communicate the intended arrangement.
Foremen
Review the proposed work before it's built.
Fabricators
Review components and cut information.
Estimators
Review quantities and pricing inputs.
- • iPad first, with iPhone support.

Contractors Calculator · Field, workbench, and office
Enter fractions the way you work with them.
Contractors Calculator separates the whole number, numerator, and denominator into their own keypads. Enter mixed numbers directly, then review the result as a simplified fraction, an improper fraction, and a decimal.
Coming soon to the App Store · planned $5.99 USD one-time purchase
Three entry areas. One clear calculation.
Three-part entry
Whole-number and decimal entry, plus dedicated numerator and denominator pads, each with its own delete key.
Mixed-number arithmetic
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide with standard operation precedence.
Automatic simplification
Fractions are simplified for you.
Running calculation line
See the whole calculation as you build it, with clear error messages.
Illustrative examples.
Cabinet opening
36 − 2 × 3/4 = 34 1/2
Find the inside width after subtracting two side panels.
Pipe cut arithmetic
18 3/8 − 2 × 1 1/16 = 16 1/4
Subtract two fitting allowances from a supplied measurement.
Trim or shelf adjustment
54 1/4 − 6 1/2 = 47 3/4
Read the result directly as a familiar fraction.
Check it, reuse it, and carry it into the next task.
Answers stay in fraction form, so you can check your arithmetic and move on without a manual conversion step.
