Common questions.

Who is LionSync ISO for?

Primarily piping, mechanical, plumbing and refrigeration teams: fitters, service technicians, fabricators and estimators drawing routes or reviewing job outputs. The app also lists electrical/conduit options, but it is not electrical CAD, HVAC duct engineering, BIM integration or code certification.

Can I use it offline?

Yes. Drawing and editing work offline, with no account or sign-in required. Purchasing or restoring Pro may require an internet connection through Apple.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. The app is free to download and draw with. Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, planned at $24.99 at launch. There is no subscription.

What do I get without Pro?

Every system and line service, the full drawing toolset, automatic fittings, the complete valve library, crossings, annotation and dimensions, typed lengths and pipe editing, and up to 2 saved projects. No trial clock and no watermark.

Does it support metric dimensions?

Yes. You can work in feet and inches, decimal feet, inches, metres, centimetres or millimetres.

Can I export a PDF?

Yes, with Pro. Drawing sheets and PDF export are Pro features.

Does it connect to TradeLog Site?

No. LionSync ISO is a separate app. It works on its own, without a TradeLog Site account.

Is it available yet?

Not yet — LionSync ISO is coming soon to the App Store. It will be available through the App Store.
