Privacy Policy — LionSync ISO
About this policy
This notice describes the privacy practices of the LionSync ISO mobile app. The LionSync LLC website and other products have their own privacy practices. For company information and general privacy rights, see the LionSync LLC Privacy Policy.
The short version
LionSync ISO does not collect personal information through normal use of its drawing tools. The app has no accounts, sign-in, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.
Your drawings, project details and preferences are stored on your device. LionSync LLC does not receive them unless you choose to send them to us, such as when requesting support.
Drawing and editing work offline. Purchasing or restoring Pro uses Apple's App Store services and may require an internet connection.
Information stored on your device
The app stores:
- Saved project drawings, including pipe, fittings, valves, equipment and notes.
- Preferences such as system, class, line service, size, units, rates and markup.
- Company, client and project text you enter in drawing title blocks.
- Temporary PDF files created when you export or share a drawing.
Title block information is part of your project. It is not automatically sent to LionSync LLC.
Backups, exports and deletion
Depending on your settings and device backup configuration, app data may be included in iCloud or computer backups. LionSync LLC does not operate or have access to those backups.
When you export or share a drawing, the destination app or service handles that copy under its own privacy practices.
Deleting a project removes its saved copy from the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data, but does not remove previously exported files, shared copies or backups.
Purchases
LionSync ISO offers a one-time Pro purchase processed by Apple through the App Store.
The app uses Apple's StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to determine whether Pro features should be available. LionSync LLC does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account login credentials.

Support communications
If you contact LionSync LLC for support, we receive your email address and any information or files you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and resolve support issues. Please include only information needed to explain the issue.
Support information is retained only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Children's privacy
LionSync ISO is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 or older, consistent with LionSync LLC's company policy. The app does not collect personal information through normal use of its drawing tools.
Privacy requests
LionSync LLC does not receive your locally stored drawings or project information through normal app use. You can manage that information on your device.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or its privacy practices. The effective date will identify the latest revision. If future changes introduce data collection, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
